PARIS ♡

City of love or Eiffel Tower. Probably most of us associate this city with these connections. Well, this place offers much more. In an interview with the French, who are not Parisian residents, I have found that they do not like the capital of France. They have several reasons, the main is the population from all over the world, but also mess, tourists, rush or frequent protests. On the other hand the city has a great atmosphere and beautiful architecture. And I agree with them.
I have visited Paris twice, it´s not part of my the most favorite cities in Europe, but it has its charm.
You need three days to visit the city. You shouldn´t miss sights like: Eiffel Tower (from which the view is worth it), Louvre Museum (there is Mona Lisa), Tuileries Garden, Notre Dame Cathedral (which is under reconstruction, after a big fire), Arc de Triomphe with famous street Champs-Élysées, Sacré-Cœur Basilica with a beautiful view of the whole city, Versailles Castle (located further from the city), Pompidou Center, Invalides, Les Galeries Lafayette (interesting shopping center with nice city views) and many more.
We were travelling through Paris by subway, one of the oldest, biggest and busiest in the world. I also recommend electric scooters because you can see the surroundings, unlike the subway.
Finally, don´t forget to taste French specialties such as wine, cheese, croissants, baguettes, macarons, pancakes or other pastries that are worth it.

with love S.
